Amy began her career in the beauty industry in 2016 after graduating high school with her cosmetology license. She worked as a front desk coordinator in a salon during her first year of cosmetology in 2015 and quickly worked her way behind the chair. She knew from a very young age that she had a passion for doing hair. She loves to help people feel beautiful and confident through personalized colors and cuts. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her toy poodle, Hudson

Jessica has been in the hair industry since 2018, starting as an assistant and front desk coordinator at a local salon. She graduated from Empire Beauty School during the pandemic and it was there, she fell in love with all things hair! Being behind the chair since 2019, Jessica specializes in healthy hair and color, specifically, lived-in color/ low maintenance looks and fashion colors. When she’s not making her clients feel amazing, she is home with her partner, 4 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats. In her spare time, she enjoys vacations in warm places, coffee and plants!

Hey y’all, I’m from a small town on the coast of South Georgia. I specialize in highlights, baby lights, and teasy lights and love doing anything blonde. I have been in the hair industry since 2020. After I got my Master Cosmetology license I went straight back to college to get a Bachelor’s degree in business while working full time behind the chair. Although I love the business side of this industry, when I’m behind the chair I love to make my clients feel beautiful and confident in their skin. It’s always a top priority of mine to make my clients feel and look their best. I’m a perfectionist and pay close attention to detail when it comes to anything. I’m continuously learning and educating myself on new techniques and evolving trends as a hairstylist. I love meeting new people and making new friends so I hope to see y’all in my chair!

Kaitlyn began her career in the beauty industry after graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2018. Prior to Paul Mitchell, she received a degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship. Kaitlyn knew from the age of 6 that she wanted a career in hair and at the age of 11 knew she wanted to own a salon. Not only does she love building relationships with her clients while making them feel beautiful; she also has a passion for the business side of the industry and helping other stylist reach their career goals. Outside of her career, she loves spending time with her husband Stephen, hanging out at the river, and exploring Richmond.

Kaitlyn’s books are currently closed to accommodate this new season of motherhood.

Olivia began her career in the beauty industry through pageantry, as a former Miss Virginia Teen USA. She graduated college with a communications degree and decided the beauty industry was her undeniable passion. She started her beauty career as a bridal hair and makeup artist, and now specializes in color. She loves transforming the lives of her clients and making them feel beautiful. Outside of her career, she is planning a wedding with her fiancee, Mathew, and loves cuddling her English bulldog, Charlie.

Olivia is currently on maternity leave celebrating the birth of her baby boy; Jamison!

Bethany has been pursuing her passion for hair since 2013. Her journey began while she was still in high school, and she has been challenging herself ever since. If you know anything about the enneagram, Bethany is an eight- “the challenger”. She is an intentional communicator and listener. She values making her guests feel heard, seen, and safe. She loves to learn about her guests so she can recommend the most complimentary hair to fit both their lifestyle and budget. Bethany’s work is mostly comprised of seamless color blends, balayage, dimensional brunettes, and thick textured haircuts. She can work with all hair types and densities, but she has a soft spot for highly dense hair. Also, she is Brazilian Blowout certified. If she’s not behind the chair, she’s busy being mama to her two littles, outdoors hiking and exploring, at the gym, or reading a good non-fictional book.

Hair was always a passion of mine. I started my journey in 2015 at Empire Beauty School. My goal has always been to make people feel just as beautiful as I saw them on the inside. I studied the art of hair for 3 years in Germany, where I was born and raised. I specialize in color and cuts and have been behind the chair for 14 years.I have been an independent stylist since June 2022. I am looking forward to growing and meeting all of the wonderful beauties here in Midlothian.
